Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are based on your location and shipment weight. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from when you receive your order confirmation. If you place your order over a weekend or public holiday it will be processed and sent out the following business day ( Monday - Friday ) 

Delivery Timeframe - Australia 

Standard delivery : ETA 2-7 business days

Express delivery : ETA 1-3 business days

Shipping Fees - INTERNATIONAL

Pricing and delivery timeframes are based on your location and shipment weight. 

Please note that there may be duties and taxes levied on your shipment. The receiver is solely responsible for paying any custom fees.

Shipping to the United States
We are now able to ship orders to the United States. Please note that all applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. This means there will be no additional payments required upon delivery.

How To Track My Order:

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number attached. 

Please note all delivery prices shown on our website are in AUD. 

You may experience slight delays during peak periods, holidays, public holidays and extreme weather events.
